Yellow is a special color for royalty. Also called the Palace Museum, the Forbidden City has a lot of red, a color of luck. Ever since July 2 nd, (2011) the north gate in the Forbidden City is closed. Now, you can only enter through the Meridian (south) gate. People can only exit through the Gate of Divine Might.
