Chinese 3 Lesson plan Aug. 28 -Sep. 1 Objectives: TEKS: 1 A, 3 B, 3 A, 4 A, 5 A, 1. Chinese course description, class expectation 2. AP Chinese assessment overview. 3. The students will practice AP Chinese listening, reading, writing.
Monday: Welcome to Chinese class!! TEKS: 1 A, 1 B, 1 C, 3 A, 4 A, 5 A, Class description and expectations Review greeting. Stand up, Hands up, pair up: talk to your classmates and greet them. • Hint: You are getting your daily grade and do not miss a point!!!( talking without permission, make noises, texting, surfing internet, etc will cost you point off!!! • •
Activities • Students in group of 3 to study the class description and rules they assigned. • Students present to class what they learn about class description and rules. • The teacher introduce the Chinese new words and dialogue. • Students do the activities: getting to know each other by stand up and great each other at least you great 6 students in Chinese.
Tuesday objectives • TEKS: 1 A, 3 B, 3 A, 4 A, 5 A, • TSW take assessment on Chinese. Source: College board AP Chinese 2007 exam. • TSW turn in their assessment to the teacher before they leave the classroom. • Review verb: “like”

Wednesday objectives • TEKS： 1 A，1 B， 2 A • TTW go over the AP exam with the students. • TSW study the new words they had from the AP Chinese Reading. • HW: TSW write a story with the 10 new words they find. •
Thursday objectives • • • TSW have translate the other students’ writing TSW read their peers writing. TSW comments on their peers’ writing. TTW give the correction and teaching on what they miss.
