Sponsoring Organization • An entity with two or more affiliated sites • Responsible for overseeing the food program at sites • Additional CACFP requirements in
Monitoring • Pre-Operational Visits • Monitoring Reviews • Completed by Monitors • Recommended they do not work at the site being reviewed • Preferably the same person monitoring all sites • Monitoring staff must receive training on CACFP requirements annually
