Chicken Leg Dissection • Tomorrow you will dissect a raw chicken leg from the Market Place to explore the interaction between various body systems.

Clean Up • Clean table and dissecting materials when done, while still wearing gloves • Remove gloves • Wash hands thoroughly
Procedure 1. Do not bring anything to class. 2. Clear off your desks. 3. Get a pair of gloves. 4. Follow the dissection directions and make thorough observations.
