Quality Focus Initiatives • Standardisation of Key Performance Indicators for key OH activities across the region, including Management Referral appointment times, face to face health screening. • Pre-employment form used throughout Cheshire & Merseyside NHS OH departments providing a consistency of approach which provides assurance with regards to safety, effectiveness and quality • Established 2 working days for print off of immunisation and vaccinations following request from individual, which assists in reduction of time to hire (this is the current model in use ahead of bidirectional interface)
