Purpose of checks • IST period is under the responsibility of EN-ACE (BE-OP will of course provide assistance where appropriate) • Checks typically correspond to each line declared in the planning • https: //oss-coordination. web. cern. ch/gantt/latest? facilities=SPS • Deliberately simple – equipment groups are supposed to know and understand what each line/check represents • IST prerequisites are not included in checklist. These are assumed to be achieved as part of shutdown works • For ISTs the checklist is intended for tracking and not instruction therefore no test descriptions • We proposed that checklists are completed between EN-ACE, equipment specialists and BE-OP probably on a weekly basis • EN-ACE (David and Antonio? ) should be added to list of checkers
