Preparations / Materials Needed: ▪ Arrive 35 minutes early ▪ Rosters: – Alpha & Room Number ▪ Key Boxes & E-Access Keys ▪ Lanyards ▪ Linen Camps – Stored in Wells Basement/Starin – Put in the room – Give them out during check in

Check-ins: Step-by-step 1. Ask name 2. Find name on roster & highlight 1. Will

Check-ins: Step-by-step 1. Ask name 2. Find name on roster & highlight 1. Will know room # from roster 3. Get key from Key box & attach to lanyard 4. Direct them to their room 1. Ex: stairway is down to the right; elevator is to the left **CS with X= Camp Staff **if camper wants a room change, this has to be cleared with camp staff BEFORE we can do it**
