Kindness • Having Kindness means thinking of other people and how you can help

Forgiveness • Having Forgiveness means being able to forgive others and also forgive yourself.

Forgiveness • Having Forgiveness means being able to forgive others and also forgive yourself. • People who have Forgiveness try hard to accept that others are sorry, they don’t try to get revenge. • It’s good for our bodies and minds to be able to forgive. www. otb. ie/WWB www. weavingwellbeing. com

Fairness • Having Fairness means being fair to other people and not just thinking

Optimism • Having Optimism means feeling hopeful and seeing the bright side of things.
