Character 1 Raven ■ I chose Raven, from the TV cartoon series of Teen Titans because I think she’s a well developed character, in a well developed show. ■ She’s illusive and quiet, mysterious and dark, preferring to be alone with books and spells in her spare time. However despite her lack of ability with socialising and a need at times to meditate and lose emotion she has a good heart and a strong motivation to do the right thing. ■ One day I would also like to read the comics

Character 2 GLa. DOS ■ I picked GLa. DOS because I believe she’s a well crafted Villain and a believable character for a sentient robot. ■ She came from the Portal series created by Valve, as the main antagonist as the robot who controls the facility you’re trying to leave/escape from, and forces the player to do complicated and challenging tests while teasing rewards when most of the tests can and would kill most people. ■ After defeating her in the first game she grows more of a personality in the second game

Character 3 Kotetsu T Kaburagi/Wild Tiger ■ I chose Kotetsu because though I did my best to avoid anime I was struggling and in my opinion it terms of design and character he’s a really thought through character considering the dozens of anime that get made and shipped out year on year. ■ He is a veteran traditional super hero, who like other heroes around him compete in a TV game, earning points if they save people, do good things on live camera, however his days look numbered because he’s unpopular and outdated and is forced to partner up with a younger hero who shares the same power as him, getting the suit on the right as he’s forced to update with the times and his new partner. All they have to do is get along and get higher on the points board and they can keep being heroes for a living. Easy right? ■ The catch is, their powers once activated only last for a short while, making team work harder than it already is, because they are like chalk and cheese and they hate each other despite each side trying hard to get along.
