What is a Successful Project Implementation �A project is considered to be successfully implemented if: �Comes in on schedule (time criterion) �Comes in on budget (monetary criterion) �Achieves all goals. (effectiveness criterion) �Is accepted and used by the client for whom it is done. (client satisfaction criterion)

Factors important in success of project implementation �Project Mission – Initial clearly defined goals and general directions. �Top management support – willingness of the top management to provide the necessary resources and authority/power for project success. �Project schedule/plan – A detailed specification of the individual actions steps for project implementation.
