He expanded it to trillions dollars ● Carter’s were conservative and based their political goals on advancing American business became international business only controlled solely by American Business ● During 1990 s, economy was in bad shape, The Reagan and Bush administrations used this as an excuse to increase corporate profits and cuts to those in need ● Budget cuts destroyed programs that benefitted the people
