SPECTATOR MANAGEMENT PLAN • The number of people at the venue • The likely behavior of spectators • The timing of the event, including session times and peak periods • The layout of the venue and/or other facilities • The security services to be provided or contracted • The legal requirements and general guidelines 2/8

EMERGENCY PLANNING • Establish the emergency response plan • Ensure that appropriate people are assigned to specific roles • Arrange training for all members • Arrange for evacuation drills • Review procedures • Ensure that ECO (Emergency Control Organisation) 3/8
