Species Edible jellyfish all belong to the order Rhizostomeae, in the Scyphomedusae. Rhopilema esculentum, the most expensive species at market, is distributed in Bo Hai, Yellow Sea and the East and South China Sea (Hong et al. , 1978). Other species： R.
