Purpose of Paperwork � To provide sufficient information to the master electrician and crew to enable them to hang and circuit the lighting equipment for the entire production
Light Plot � � � Mechanical Drawing Shows where instruments should be placed Scale � ¼” � = 1’ or ½”=1’ Shows relation of lights and scenery
Drafting � Legend – shows what symbols mean
Instrument Numbers � � For cross referencing with other paperwork Determined by Hanging Position – ie. first electric � Position relative to the other instruments on that pipe � Note: both 1 st and 2 nd Electrics will have repeating numbers �
