Geography • Geography (from the Greek words Geo or Gaea, both meaning "Earth", and graphy meaning "to describe“) is the study of the earth and its features, inhabitants, and phenomena. A literal translation would be "to describe the Earth".

What is geography? • IT IS NOT – memorizing cities, states, countries and capitals.
