Villagers migrated to cities in search of other occupations. They lacked the skills and training for taking up jobs in factories , offices, etc.

USE OF MACHINES IN AGRICUTURE BROUGHT A GREAT CHANGE IN OCCUPATIONS. Farm labourers lost their occupation as a single machine replaced the labour of many workers.
