Purchase Order No. 11398 • August 2020, District issued PO $147, 793 to VWM/Doral • Perform following scope of work: – Replace 5 damaged bar racks – Replace 3 damaged rake beams • In September 2020, the Commission delegated $50, 000 of change authority to the ED 7

Requested Change Order • After work began, OEM (Huber Technology) performed inspection • Inspection identified additional parts requiring replacement: – 6 additional rake beams – 1 scraper assembly for the top of the screen – 1 complete guide rail set – 2 chain wheel protection plates 8

Change Order (CO) • Total cost of the additional work is $67, 084 • 12 -14 week lead time for the additional parts • Issued CO of $43, 750 using ED authority to order spare parts • Requesting $23, 334 CO for installation & VWM markup 10

Request to Restore ED Authority • There is $6, 250 remaining ED authority for future change orders • Request to restore ED authority is in case any additional changes beyond that remaining authority. 11
