Legislation for DACs • Integrated Regional Water Management (IRWMP) - DWR's IRWM story began in 2002 when the Regional Water Management Planning Act (SB 1672) was passed by the Legislature. • Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) which was enacted with landmark legislation in 2014. • SB 88 – Mandatory Consolidation for DACs that lack TMF passed in 2015. Human Right to Water (HR 2 W) • On Sept. 25, 2012, Gov.
