Challenge 1 Shuttle Runs- CV Endurance • Place 2 cones 5 metre apart. • How many times can you run between the cones in 3 minutes? • Running from the start cone, to the end cone and then back to the start cone counts as 1 point. • If you’re a home, you could do this in a garden or safe space outside. • You don’t even have to measure the distance! Just try to run for 3 minutes without stopping!

Challenge 2 • Bend down into a crouch position • Jump up in the air and extend both your arms and legs • Count how many star jumps you can do in 30 seconds. • 1 star jump = 1 point Star Jumps- Muscular Endurance

Challenge 3 Star Cone Touch- Agility • Place 5 cones or any objects in

Challenge 3 Star Cone Touch- Agility • Place 5 cones or any objects in star shape with one cone in the middle. • The cone should be 2 m away from the cone in the middle. • The pupil must start on the middle cone and on the whistle must sprint to touch one of the outside cones and must then return to the middle cone. • They then repeat this touching as many of the outside cones as possible in 30 seconds. • Score 1 point each time you touch and outside cone and return to the middle. • If you’re a home, use any objects to make your star! • Don’t worry about measuring the distances between them, but try to test your agility!
