Construction Staging Summary • Start Construction: April 2018 • Substantial Completion: November 2018 • TH 13: 4 lanes open to traffic during construction • CH 42: First two stages will stay the same (one lane in each direction) ▫ Stage 3: CH 42 will close from TH 13 to Quebec ▫ Stage 4: CH 42 will close from Rutgers to TH 13
