San Antonio is a very Competitive Market. Out of 54 Certified Residential Management Companies (CRMC) in the United States 4 are located in San Antonio Another company advertises daily on the one of our talk Radio stations.

We have two other property management companies within 1000 feet of our office. There are lots of new startups and discounters in the San Antonio area.

Yet we turn down about 50% of the management leads that we receive! We would rather manage 1000 properties that pay us the same as managing 1500 properties. So how do we generate so many leads that we can be so choosy on which ones we will accept?
