Hy has set-up a vasic Structure is Similar to EECS and CEN 16325 • Account holders open an account with Issuing Body • Plant owners have plants audited by accredited auditors • Issuing Body registers plants based on audit reports • Accredited auditors audit production • IB issues Certificates based on audit reports to plant owner accounts • Also pre-audit issuance based on plant owner declaration is possible

For conversion of GOs from one energy carrier to another strong alignment is needed
