Conclusion Ø Ø Ø Installation is started and main supplies are at CERN (in time and in budget) Performance of power source better than specs RF component issues will cost time and money Structure testing still for CDR? ? Needs help (SLAC? ) The coming months will be extremely busy with the restarting of CTF 3 – will we have enough resources for commissioning the test-stand in parallel? ? 21
