Technology • The solution consumes Microsoft Technology stack to provide low cost online retail space to local grocery and departmental stores. O 365 suite, Azure Cognitive & Machine learning services are the major drivers of the product. • Power. Apps is used as a user interface, which is device independent, no code solution. Customers can use power apps from mobile or laptops to search, purchase, review products. Share. Point is used by local retailers to upload their products from desktop or mobile devices and integrates seamlessly with flows. Flows are used to perform business logic, connect and consume Custom Vision, Sentiment Detection, Machine learning studio & LUIS. Microsoft invoice is used for receiving payment and generating invoice. Power BI is used to generate reports and provide insight about the products. MS Teams provides a one stop shop to all back office employees to achieve their day to day work, communicate, schedule meetings, setup shifts. This also increases transparency. Product managers are instantly notified about negative reviews on their products on their team channels.
Technology • Machine learning – Training and Predictive Experiment is created on machine learning studio. Experiment uses tagged data as input, multiclass neural network as algorithm and extract Ngram feature is used to generate vocabulary. Predictive experiment is exposed as webservice. In case of a negative sentiment a notification is relayed to a specific channel under Product Manager teams in MS Teams. • LUIS- It's a common scenario that sometimes users don't find the products which they are looking for, even though the product is available. Intents are created on LUIS to return tags according to human utterance. This helps in increasing user satisfaction. If a user is unable to find product, such logs are generated and then analyzed, to provide insight to the back office.
