Background � CATS now replaces the previous input system of NACMS � CATS is now used in conjunction with JPAS as repository for security eligibility

Scenario 2 � Name: Donald Bill Duck � Investigation: ANACI � Civilian working with the Navy � Rank: GS 10 � UIC: 00168 � POB: Mexico, naturalized US citizen � Subject’s mother citizen of Mexico. Subject’s father was born in Mexico but claims US citizenship, not verified � Subject smoked marijuana twice in 2010 � 1 OPM file � No previous investigations
