Re-take Policy/Test Corrections Students should come prepared day of test with all completed work from the assigned selection They may use completed work as a reference for the test (AZ Merit strategy) They have one class period to finish the test. Extra time will be evaluated on an individual basis. In order to re-take(make test corrections) students must: v. Have v. A packet completed on day of test minimum of 75% of the assigned work must be done v. Complete v. Re-take a re-take form with parent signature must be within one week of original test date
