Materials Easy-spin Total RNA Extraction Kit

Method 1. media 제거 후 Lysis buffer(easy-blue reagent) 1 ml를 넣어준다. 2. scraper로 긁어 e-tube에 cell을 옮긴다. (이 후 과정은 ice에 넣고 진행) 3. (매우 적 은 양이므로 필터 가까이에 넣어준다. 닿지는 않도록) 15. 1~2분 후 centrifuge (13000 rpm 4°C) 1분
