Our concern is how our students and staff can productively benefit from celebrating Job Corps 50 th anniversary. SGA Leadership Conference

Our challenge is to organize an event to get the staff and students together to celebrate the 50 th Anniversary with implementing a yearly scrapbook and creating a time capsule. We feel that our center would benefit from a time capsule so that our future students will be able to look back and see the improvement and growth of our facility. SGA Leadership Conference

Steps to Accomplish Task Person Responsible Due Date Obtain approval from the center director President Apr. 27 2015 Meet with the CTT manager (Career Technical Manager) To discuss building the foundation for the time capsule Vice President May 4 th 2015 Meet with the Financial Director to discuss cost of project Treasurer May 11 th 2015 Meet with the Office Administration Instructor to discuss plans for the scrap book. Secretary July 27 th 2015 SGA Leadership Conference

We will know that we have met our goal when we have the time capsule is in its enclosed location and the yearly scrap book in the works. SGA Leadership Conference
