Introducing AVACC Advisor –Volunteer-And-Courtesy-Corp

What Is AVACC? • This system acts like sign up genius but advisors will sign up when they register their chapter for conference. • Advisors will not be able to submit registration unless they have signed up for an event. • Courtesy corp will also be signed up using this system.

q q q Advisor will be able to select the event for which they want to volunteer. If an event already has the position filled, the system will mark it FULL System will ask for email address and phone number. All MUST be completed before registration can be submitted Advisors will also sign up Courtesy Corp using the AVACC system

• Advisor Assignment and Courtesy Corp Assignment will be included in the invoice screen. • If the advisor has two chapters, they will have to select already registered in another chapter or contact Janet Villarreal to override the advisor assignment.
