MDAQMD Background � $8. 7 million budget � 39 full time staff (including 6 compliance and 5 permitting) � Contract services to AVAQMD � Regulatory authority over 600 companies with 1200 facilities holding 3800 permits � 43 Title V facilities � 6 million square feet of cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, extraction, distribution and transportation has received land use permits – only a handful of air permit applications (so far)
