1. Board Members shall be elected by the CCC general membership. 2. Board members’ qualification requirements– being a CCC member in good standing for more than 9 consecutive months at the date of nominating to the board 3. The number of board members is 15 to 17, or otherwise determined by the board 4. The Board appoints the Executive Committee, the Education Committee, the Finance Committee, the Controller, the Audit Committee, the Building Director, the Building Manager , the IT Director and The Adhoc Committees. 5. The School Council Chair, The School Principal, the PTA President, the Corporate President of CCC, the Building Director, the Building Manager and the IT Director are ex-officio board members with voting privileges. 6. The Education Committee appoints the School Council. 7. The Education Committee approves the school budget. 8. The Executive Committee’s responsibilities: membership drive, events, fundraising and public relations and others assigned by the board 9. The Building Director and Building Manager are in charge of all building related matters and CCC Clubs 10. The School Principal and the Board Chair shall co-sign legal/contractual documents related to all school matters; 11. The President and the Board Chair shall co-sign all other legal/contractual matters 12. The School Council Chair shall be the Acting Principal when the School Principal is not available. 13. The senior vice presidents shall be the acting president when the president is not available 14. Board members elect the Board Chair at the beginning of each fiscal year,
