What is Software Accessibility? Software Accessibility and Web or Mobile Application Accessibility refers to the requirement that persons with various disabilities of all types and severity be able to access features and content in applications similar to those without a disability. WCAG 2. 0 - Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) is developed by the W 3 C in cooperation with organizations around the world, with a goal of providing a shared standard for web content accessibility that meets the needs of individuals, organizations, and governments internationally.
