Research task in my thesis The training of the working life tutors as a miniature of society as a playground of different kind of actors and as an arena of self-understanding The approach is hermeneutical, so I want to understand 1. 2. What is the aim of the training according to the trainers? 3. What kind of learning, self-understanding and meanings the training creates and improves? What are the aims of the trainers and how do these aims show up in the content and implementation of the training?
Research data 1. Interviews 10 theme interviews of the actors 2. Observation Training of the working life tutors in Tampere, 25 hours 3. Written documentation Self-evaluations of the working life tutors The results of my thesis can potentially improve Cath up with work -project´s trainings during the project period 2017– 2020.
