Simply customize as needed, print, and display for guests and Team Members to use. Catch Me provides guests and Team Members with the opportunity to recognize all the acts of hospitality, big and small, that make our hotels special. The program runs from June 1 st to August 31 st. During that time, guests are encouraged to recognize Team Members who positively impact their stay in any way. Managers and Team Members are also encouraged to catch fellow Team Members who positively impact a guest or teammate. Who can be caught? All managers and Team Members. Who can make a catch? Anyone!
