November is National Family Caregivers month • Create a caregiving goal and 2 -3 action steps that are doable • Invite your heart patient to provide input and explain how this will benefit both of you • Seek out additional support by visiting other MH/MLH members • Find a caregiver buddy to share your caregiving journey • Heart patients please do something special for your Caregiver(s).
