GRADE SPAN Some activities classroom teachers can use to promote CRP 3 Have the students… Early Elementary (Grades K – 2) • Draw pictures of their lunches and use tally marks to show the quantity of each type of food they ate. This can be recorded over a week’s time and then turned into a picture graph or bar graph. • Take different menu items, and create a list that shows the cost of various dinners. • Add money and discuss what happens if you don’t have enough money for something.
