Methodology • Participants: • Three participants: 1. Mohammad is a retiree and he is seventy-two (72) years old. 2. Salah is thirty-four (34) years old who started working at Saudi Aramco Company when he was twenty-two (22) years old. 3. Hussam is thirty (30) years old and he has been working at Saudi Aramco Company for six (6) years. • Participants average was forty-six (46) years, and they had been working at Saudi Aramco for an average of twenty-one years. • Each participant answered four questions. • The interview was questions and answers with some followed-up questions to learn the benefit from working at Saudi Aramco, the work environment, how to be a professional employee and the challenges that will be facing you while working.

Mohammad said that working at Saudi Aramco provided him with a real-world experience by working in a competitive global culture with talented, professional and well-educated employees. 2. Salah said that working in Saudi Aramco gave him the opportunity to continue his higher education in master’s degree. 3. Hussam said that working at Saudi Aramco has improved his skills and competency in mechanical engineering

Mohammad said employee has to be very careful when your work, like safety rules, because if not applied, consequences will be take place including punishment. 2. Salah said Saudi Aramco has a good working culture that promote team work. 3. Hussam said that Saudi Aramco has high level of standards in terms of the quality of work that should be performed.

Findings • To be a Professional Employee: 1. Mohammad said that an employee can be a professional employee by having a bachelor’s degree or a higher acquired with full-time university study. 2. Salah said to become a professional engineer, employee can going through a specialty program by attending certain specialized courses as well as getting a one-year experience with another Company. 3. Hussam Said he has to have a very good communication and presentation skills.

Mohamad Said he had challenges related to maintaining the power supply to the facilities by looking after the equipment to provide the power. 2. Salah said that one of the main challenges that will an employee is the highly competitive environment. 3. Hussam said that the main challenge that was facing him is working in remote area away from the family and friends.

Conclusion • A mechanical engineer will have a wonderful career path at Saudi Aramco that will satisfy the employee needs and his family needs as well. • Employee can benefit from the Company provided programs such as, education support, courses and work opportunities that include working with expats who are very experienced in their field. • Employee can benefit from the company provided packages that includes excellent medical converge, home ownership program, thrift plan and retirement returns.
