Los Adjetivos
Words that describe people & things are called adjectives.
In Spanish, most adjectives have both masculine & feminine forms.
MASCULINE adjectives usually end in -O and describe MASCULINE nouns.
FEMININE adjectives usually end in -A and describe FEMININE nouns.
Adjectives that end in –E describe both masculine and feminine nouns.
Adjectives whose masculine form end in –DOR have a feminine form ending in –DORA.
Some adjectives that end in –A, such as deportista, do NOT change.

El, la, los and las are called DEFINITE articles and mean THE.
Un, una, unos and unas are called INDEFINITE articles and mean a, and some.
El, los, un and unos are used with MASCULINE nouns.
