• Process Used Three Ways – Students do “What If” evaluations from web 21, 071 run in 2005 -06 – Counselors assist students in printing their CAPP to go with their graduation application – Evaluators use them for final graduation checks 17
Implementation • Began to post transfer courses for graduates summer 2001 • Began to upload transfer courses using EDI in fall 2003 • Tested each of these with CAPP to assure accuracy • Began to post transfer courses when transcript received in spring 2004 • Counselors began to test CAPP in fall 2004 • Put CAPP on Ban. Web for student use spring 2005 • Evaluating almost 2000 incoming transcripts per year 18
