Integrated Incident Management A key component of this project is the interaction and enhancement

Integrated Incident Management A key component of this project is the interaction and enhancement of existing Incident Management Systems (IMS) in order to facilitate faster emergency and incident response. This is to be achieved by improving the lines of communication, and the speed and efficiency of notification, between the incident location and the IMS. Incident happens + Traffic flow disrupted Incident reported Dispatch Responders on scene Responders leave scene Reduce length of Incident Timeline Every second counts! Traffic flow back to normal
