Other committees such as CIES. Candidacy Board makes all decisions. Process Based on a fixed linear process. Exceptions need approval. Ex. Interviews once a year Determined on a case-by-case basis by applying the principles of the seven phases. Nimble and responsive. Ex. Interviews at particular thresholds and as needed.
