Why did you win? "It is an important announcement for the sector, " Senator Brandis told the ABC's AM program. "[They] have been waiting and hoping that the Government would see their point of view and we have done that and delivered for them. “ “The legal profession, in aggregate, has been active and influential in engaging with the government and once again it is as a result of that engagement that these decisions. . . have been made, ” he said on Monday, describing the community legal sector in particular as “a very, very constructive interlocutor”.
