25 CAMP: Case Scenario Note: This is a new project in first year of its grant cycle A project is funded to serve 50 students in 2016 -17 reporting period. The project recruited 55 students but only 45 out of 55 students completed intake, and were enrolled full time and attending college courses past the date when students can no longer add/drop courses, or a census date. Some additional facts during the 2016 -17 reporting period: • 45 students successfully completed their first academic year of college by June 30. • 10 out of 45 students did not successfully complete their first academic year of college (11/17/2017). • The project anticipates that all students who did not successfully complete first academic year of college will register for the subsequent reporting period (201718).
