What is Scrambler? Event Description: Competitors must design, build, and test a mechanical device, which uses the energy from a falling mass to transport an egg along a straight track as quickly as possible and stop as close to the center of a terminal barrier without breaking the egg. Most ideal situation is for Scrambler to go straight center and touch the wall without breaking the egg as quickly as possible Scrambler = egg transport + mass Mass does not need to travel with the egg transport 2/26/2021 California Science Olympiad Summer Institute
