DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL OVERVIEW • Site is presently configured into 3 lots which include 1122, 1124, 1128 and 1130 Main Street • Present Zoning requirements are A 4 (single family residential) • Development proposal will adhere to the present zoning requirements • Area has been surveyed and engineered by Rojas Design Architects, Brighton, MA • 3 Lots proposed all meet the minimum requirement of > 10, 000 SF as well as existing street frontage requirements • All setbacks are in compliance for buildable areas identified • Added improved vehicle turn around for emergency vehicles requirements • Reviewed and approved by the Waltham Fire Department • Concept designs will have grade variations not depicted and scaling variations • Additional construction at 1122 Main will provide for additional parking spaces – new retainer wall.
