Cafeteria Expectations Groveport Middle School North

Getting to the Cafeteria • Teachers will escort students to the cafeteria

Assigned Tables • Students will sit at assigned tables

Lunch Line and Expectations • Students will be dismissed to lunch line by a teacher on duty • Students need to be ready to make lunch choice • Students need to have their Student ID number ready

Line Expectations • Students need to stand near wall until entering lunch line • No more than 6 students in the food area at a time • Be polite and respectful to the adults serving lunch

Stay Seated To ensure student safety, ALL students must: • Raise hand for restroom passes • Raise hand to leave table for any purpose

C. I. A – Caught in the Act Students will be asked to volunteer to: • Wipe Tables • Sweep under Table Students who volunteer will receive a C. I. A ticket. C. I. A. tickets – bi-monthly drawing for gift card

Games and Intramurals Students may engage in the following activities during lunch: • Organized Intramurals – select tables each day based on meeting expectations • Penny Pool • Cards • Other games

End of Lunch • 1 st Wave: Teachers will escort students back to Academic area • 2 nd Wave: Teachers-on-duty will dismiss students to designated location
