Why Partner? Family Justice Center and CAC Models are very similar. More economical to have partner agencies all co-located in a single space. Studies show a significantly high co-occurrence rate between domestic violence and child abuse (40 – 70%) Domestic violence and child abuse very often affect the same families Can be happening at the same time One can lead to the other Are not currently addressed together
