International Market I am expanding the Scrub Daddy product to India because it is the top country for low sanitation and this product would help clean up around the house.

Factors TANGIBLE INTANGIBLE Packaging: For single Warranties Credits package: boxes, for multiple package: cylinders The “Scrub Daddy” brand name The quality of the sponge

Expanding Globally I will be keeping the Scrub Daddy the same when taking it to India. I have chosen to standardize the product because it is a great fit for India since they have bad sanitation. Changing anything about it may negatively impact how the people in India perceive the Scrub Daddy’s purpose.

Product Positioning The Scrub Daddy brand name creates an image for this nifty sponge that is shaped as a smiley face where the eyes and mouth are creatively used to clean utensils.

The best sponge out there! No other sponge can clean like the Scrub Daddy! Soft, yellow sponge with openings to clean utensils! A 4 pack is just $15. 12! What a great deal for such a great product!

Grey Market People who have connections with someone who works for Scrub Daddy could get some for a higher price, but quicker than if they were to order it online. The sponge itself would be the same but the packaging would probably be less intricate since the customer wants it soon. Since a 4 pack is originally $15. 12, on the grey market we would double the price to $30. 24.

Product Packaging & Brand Name For single packages Scrub Daddy comes in a small box. For multiple packages of Scrub Daddy it can come in a short or tall cylinder. The brand name, “Scrub Daddy” is on the front of the package in big, yellow letters. The Scrub Daddy does not have a specific family brand but it would fall under sponges and cleaning tools.
