Family Life � The son will bring the mother food � The men build wigwam's. � In a wigwam they store necessary things. � The babies got their name from list of names not being used. � The mother is the leader of the family. � Up to 90 families can live in a long house.
Hunting and Gathering �They usually eat corn, beans and squash. �They picked berries and planted crops. �They ate deer , beaver geese , squirrels , birds , rabbits and turkey.
Clothing �Men wore kilt witch is a skirt for men. �In cool weather, men wore leather shirts with fringes. �Their shoes called moccasins that were made from leather or corn husks.
Weapons and Tools �Bow and arrows are used as hunting weapons. �They used spears in war and hunting. �They used traps for bears or deer used as tools.
Houses �They lives in a long house. �It’s 150 feet long witch is the size of half a football field. �They have a fire in the long house. �They have a smoke hole so the smoke from the fire wont burn the house down.
Fun and Games �They played a popular game called lacrosse. �They also played a game where they try to throw a dart in a hoop. �They also fish as a game. �Also they play a game called snow snake.
