H. O. M. E is a low budget, economical mobility model designed by artists for artists through which they can support each other directly and independently, traveling, establishing long lasting connections, living and working together. A good example of similar concepts applied to a more open model is the Couch surfing project with over a million participants.
The four main phases of H. O. M. E. : • PREPARATION or "Work with what you’ve got!“ • IMPLEMENTATION or "Let’s really do something together. " • EVALUATION or “Can we do more? ” • DEVELOPEMENT AND PROMOTION or "Open Houses for everybody!"

Some additional questions: • How has your project helped artists with their careers and what did working together across borders in a cooperative way enable you to do that would not otherwise have been possible? • More generally, what do you think is the added value of EU funding for artists and cultural organisations? • What lasting benefits will the project bring to you – either as organisations or as individuals - beyond its actual duration? • In terms of lessons learnt, if you had to pass on tips to organisations seeking to work together across national borders, what advice would you give them?
